These are Premium Cloud Servers and Premier Cloud Servers. The only difference between the two is the hardware infrastructure.

Premium Cloud Servers Its description is like its name. Manufactured from premium hardware.
It uses Intel E5-2680 v4 series as processor family.
Hardware is not shared. The virtualization infrastructure is VmWare.
Premier Cloud Servers Its description is like its name. Built with premier hardware.
It uses Intel Gold and Platinum series as processor family.
Hardware is not shared. The virtualization infrastructure is VmWare.
