Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS); VmWare-based virtual machines running on virtualized hardware

Create Instances

    • Click “Order” from the menu on the control panel‘s screen.
    • Select Premium Virtual Servers or Premier Virtual Servers category
    • Choose a ready package or create your own.
    • If you have a promotion, apply the code, select the period and create the order.
    • Check your billing information and pay.

Once your order has been created and paid for, it will appear on the services page. You can manage your server from the page.

Connect to VDS

You can connect to your Linux servers by SSH and to your Windows servers by RDP.

We recommend Putty to establish SSH Connection.

  • Open the Putty app.
  • Enter the IP Address.
  • If you are using SSH Key Putty > Connection > SSH > Auth > Upload Private Key > Open
  • Enter your username when terminal connection is established. For example: root.
  • Enter your password. (If you haven’t installed SSH Key)

Destroy VDS

If you want to destroy servers, you must cancel them. Remember, canceling servers means they will be deleted and are irreversible.

You can destroy them by following the instructions below.

  • Login to Control Panel
  • Enter the service page and click on the server you want to destroy.
  • Service Details > Request Cancellation > Write a Description > Submit a Cancellation Request
